What is your Return Policy? |

No refunds, credits or exchanges without sales slip. |

Non-returnable items: PVC pipe, PVC glue, electrical items/bulbs and wire. All other items must be clean and in original cartons and subject to a store credit or a 25% restocking charge. |

Non-stocking items require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are non-returnable. |

Warranty returns must receive manufacturer approval prior to return. |
